My wife and I were very pleased with the overall service. Our only complaint is that when you spend over $30 K on a vehicle, the least they could do is fill the gas tank for you. I should have gone to Rowe earlier on in my car search!!! I live in the Augusta area and I had been looking for a car for a few days. I was getting pressured by other dealers in the Augusta area and they wer I live in the Augusta area and I had been looking for a car for a few days. I was getting pressured by other dealers in the Augusta area and they weren't giving me a car that I was wanted at the price I could afford. I spent 11 hours one day just trying to get information straight that was given to me by these sales people in Augusta. I work in Auburn and someone suggested that I go to Rowe. I showed up at 3:00 and was greeted by Tyler Green. He didn't pressure me at all. He asked what I was looking for and sat me down with a manager to see if I could afford that type of car. I couldn't, but that was ok. After looking at a few others of MY choosing, I found the Kia Sorento. The price was right and it had the space I needed for my family and dogs. After a fun test drive, a few laughs and an explanation of how they got to the price on my trade in and where the price of the new car was going to be, I took a few minutes to think about my decision. I felt that the Rowe crew was very upfront and did all they could do to get my payments close to where I wanted to be. I decided pretty quickly that this car was affordable and that I was getting a good deal. Within 3 1/2 hours of showing up at Rowe, looking at 4 types of cars, I drove away in my 2013 Kia Sorento!!!! Tyler Green, Jason Standley and Scott Stubinski were great at helping me into what I needed for a car and what I could afford!!! They didn't put pressure on me once and that made all the difference. Thank you for your help guys!!! I am extremely happy with how things turned out!!! More

My husband & I visited Rowe Auburn with intentions to purchase a Jetta Sportwagen. After thoroughly looking several over, we discovered that with 3 children, it just wasn't spacious enough. After speaking with Ben in Sales (whom by the way was super nice & not pushy at all), we told him what we were looking for. A manual transmission & spacious back seat were our two big requests. The manual tranny left us with few options. But, after he spoke with Scott in management, he came back to tell us there was a beautiful 2012 Passat- with a huge back seat- just marked down with...wait for it...a manual transmission! My husband & I adored the car. We took it for a spin and my husband was sold. We crunched some numbers with Scott then finalized them all with Charlie with no hassles or pressure. After a bad experience purchasing a new VW 11 years ago, (they know what I mean)- we were adamant about driving the car home that night rather than coming back the next day to pick it up. It may not have been their normal routine, as they would have liked to vacuum & wash the car first and such-but it was the way we wanted to do it. As requested, however, we did return the next day to have it done! Thank you. We thoroughly appreciated their patience as everyone we were working with stayed late to finish up the sale. After this experience, I would highly recommend Rowe Auburn VW to anyone! We are very pleased with our new car & the service everyone provided! More

I would highly recommend Rowe Auburn! My son was buying his first car and after dealing with a pressurized situation from another dealership, Tyler, Jason, Brian, and eventually Charlie made the whole expe his first car and after dealing with a pressurized situation from another dealership, Tyler, Jason, Brian, and eventually Charlie made the whole experience worth it. They were willing to let him test drive a few cars, offered a reasonable and fair price, helped with financing suggestions, and were so patient as we were waiting for everything we needed to finalize the purchase. I hated the whole car buying process before because it always felt like I had to be on my guard and be ready to determine what dishonest practce or trick the salesperson was ultimately going to try to get me to fall for. From the moment I met Tyler and Jason, to working with Brian when the others were busy, to filling out all the papers and closing the purchase with Charlie, I felt no pressure! And my son is happily driving his new Kia Forte! Thank you Rowe Auburn! More

He listened to me, kept in contact with me and gave me what I wanted: a 1-day sale. He, by far, made this the easiest car purchase I have ever made and I will totally recommend him to anyone else! (Sorry to everyone else on the team I didn't get to meet, I'm sure you're all great too!). As for Lea, she understood that I was obtaining financng elsewhere and didn't push me to use the dealer financing. She presented the options for extended care, and let them sell themselves. Everyone was polite, happy, and very accommodating. Thank you all and I can't tell you how much I LOVE my new car! More
