When the vehicle we originally looked at did not fit my needs Gary quickly searched the inventory and found a truck that fit. Beyond that, as I was in a time constraint to get back to work issue I had the needs Gary quickly searched the inventory and found a truck that fit. Beyond that, as I was in a time constraint to get back to work issue I had they graciously move quickly to get all the paperwork finished and allowed me to get back to my responsibilities. In the rush my truck did not get the full prep it should have had. No problem as the very next day they put me right in and got the truck "all spiffed up"' Gary and Steve even put in some time on the buffing job. Thanks Guys! More

This was my first visit to Rowe in Auburn, Me. Gary Goodman assisted me in finding the right car to fit my needs. He was courteous, kind and very knowledgeable about all the vehicles I test drove. Andrew Mokomobi helped us out. My car was 20 years old, and I was desperately in need of a new one before I ended up stranded on the side of the road. I did look online to see what I wanted, and Iwalked in and I was desperately in need of a new one before I ended up stranded on the side of the road. I did look online to see what I wanted, and Iwalked in knowing what car I wanted to see. There was no hassal. Andrew met us in the parking lot, he wasn't pushy and he let us lead. When it's time for my partner to get his vehicle, we will likely be returning despite the drive being over an hour because of the service we recieved. More
