I would highly recommend Rowe Ford/Hyundai in Westbrook. I purchased my vehicle there about 9 months ago. WeI think that Rowe is a good dealership from which to buy a car, but I'm not sure about the service part of the dealership. We've had problems with the car that we bought but they've taken it in and trie buy a car, but I'm not sure about the service part of the dealership. We've had problems with the car that we bought but they've taken it in and tried to fix it. We are still having problems with the alignment. I'm disappointed that there are still problems after taking it in twice. I'm not sure if it is the car that can't be fixed or if it's the mechanical. We bought another car from Rowe earlier and haven't had any problems with the alignment on that car. I'll give them another chance, then take it elsewhere to try to be fixed. If they fix it, we won't do business with Rowe repair service again. More
After having numerous bad experiences at my local Hyundai dealership in Augusta, Rowe Westbrook was recommended to me by my boyfriend. Although Rowe is almost 90 minutes away from where I live, I decided to dealership in Augusta, Rowe Westbrook was recommended to me by my boyfriend. Although Rowe is almost 90 minutes away from where I live, I decided to give them a try and I am so glad I did. The friendliness of the employees at the Quick Lane is exceptional. Not only are they friendly, but also the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The technician and Kevin, the Quick Lane manager, both explained in layman's terms what was wrong with my SUV and how best to correct it. I left feeling valued as a customer and I look forward to purchasing my next car from Rowe Westbrook, a company capable of excellent work and worthy of my loyalty for years to come. In particular, Kevin is great to deal with and Roland, my technician, is personable, honest, and kind. They treat their customers the way they would treat their friends and family. They are definitely worth the trip and I can't say enough positive about my experience at Rowe! More

Rob Adams team has taken care of all my vehicles and my friends.I bought a 1995 Ford Explorer and had is serviced at Rowe till I sold it in 2006..now they service my 2005 Chevy Silverado work duty truck and my wife's Mitsubishi..I highy reccomend this company for sales and service for all Mainers. I've been using Rowe Hyundai for over 8 years. Purchased 3 vehicles and have always had them serviced by Sharon's team. As lone as I've been going to Rowe I have always had a good experience! I like having repairs explained to me in terminology that I understand, and on occasion the explanation has included drawings. My concerns have always been dealt with promptly and courteously. I like being made aware of upcoming routine maintenance needs as well as potential problems allowing me time to budget for them. I like leaving the service department feeling secure that my vehicle is well maintained and safe. When my vehicle was involved in an accident Rowe worked with the insurance company to ensure repairs were done to specifications that returned the vehicle to like new condition. More
