When I walked into Royal Cadillac I expected to get the hard sales pitch and back and forth run around that I remembered from years ago. I am retiring soon and was interested in the XT5 for a safe and comfortable vehicle to travel in. Aaron Rubio was my salesperson and he was a pleasure to work with. He did not pressure me at all, he found me the exact vehicle I wanted, and he let me take my time to think about my decision on making this big financial investment. When it came time crunch the numbers, I felt like Dan Ivey was straightforward, giving me the best price for the vehicle, offering me all the discounts available, showing great integrity. When I made my decision to buy the XT5, and needed to sign all paperwork, I had the pleasure of working with Ahmad El-Faramaoui. I was very nervous about making the big commitment, he was so patient with me, and he took his time to explain the vehicle, and answer all my questions in an honest and sincere manner. Since purchasing the XT5, Aaron and Ahmad have continued to offer me the best customer service. The employees of Royal Cadillac really do make you feel like family! More

I purchased a car from Royal Buick about a year ago and it was then that I described my perfect other vehicle and while I was very happy to have bought a Buick that was a beautiful and fantastic car, my heart yearned for a Cadillac. Sarah McDonald, my rep had been awesome about making sure I was completly satisfied with my Buick and checked in on me from time to time and so I let her know that if you see my dream car, just touch base. In fact she has been so awesome, I have sent a couple other people her way and even when we were looking at SUVs as a second car she helped and because she doesn't hard sell you, I simply have more faith that she is working for me and my desires in a vehicle. I truly can't say enough great things about the entire staff at Royal. The finance department are just fantastic at making sure you get the deal that's right for your financial situation and that was what closed the deal for me. What a Royal experience! On Wednesday, September 26, 2018, we took our 2011 Buick Enclave (which we had purchased through personal connections at Eisinger Motors in Kalispell, On Wednesday, September 26, 2018, we took our 2011 Buick Enclave (which we had purchased through personal connections at Eisinger Motors in Kalispell, Montana in December, 2010) in for service to Royal Buick GMC Cadillac for service. As we lived in Tucson when we purchased the vehicle, we had always had our Buick serviced at Royal and had always been quite satisfied with their service. We had invested quite a bit of time shopping with family members during the summer for their new vehicle, but we had not yet had the opportunity to acquaint ourselves with a new Enclave. We were extremely fortunate when we met Krysta Diaz, an awesome sales consultant with Royal Cadillac. She was quite knowledgeable about the Buick Enclave, in addition to being a very positive, patient, well-networked employee who knew how to move forward quickly and efficiently in meeting our needs. An incredible representative of Royal goals existing to serves its customers, valuing its customers’ time, and treating them like family, she persevered with a huge smile, super positive attitude, great patience and understanding as we moved through the process of purchasing this amazing new vehicle! No hassles, no ridiculous bargaining, just fair offers and consideration that allowed the process to flow smoothly! Success! As our new BEN (Buick ENclave) was not available at the Royal dealership, they located one meeting our needs and transported it to the dealership. We picked it up the following Monday (along with an impressive collection of beautiful red roses presented to us by Royal) and love it. We so appreciate all of the fine service delivered by Krysta, the managers and the service department in the transfer of our beloved 2011 BEN to our new, much more sophisticated 2018 BEN. More
