Updating previous compaint So after all my complaining and a few emails I did receive a call from another manager Kevin, very friendly man willing to help me with my situation. So after all my complaining and a few emails I did receive a call from another manager Kevin, very friendly man willing to help me with my situation. He instructed me to visit the dealership again and speak with Dan. Dan was attentive to our problems and said he would help us in any way he could to get this resolved so everyone is happy. He would meet and greet us every time we came back in. He has such an addictive smile and personality! He introduced us to a new salesman named Sean. Sean was the best, he didn't rush us, listened to us and offered suggestions. He would tell us take it for a few days and see if you like it, if not bring it back and we will try again. He never seemed to get tired of us and we did test drive a number of vehicles. Dan and Sean were always checking on us to see what we liked or didn't like and offer another vehicle. We ended up picking a SUV and they made sure that everything was good on the pricing structure as well as the vehicle. Introduced us to Justin on the Cadillac service side and he was nothing but smiles and offering to help if we needed it. So in the end all things have ended better than they started with this review. A few sad notes of employees (Tyler W and Sean) leaving Royal for bigger adventures in their lives but I am happy they were there to help us along the way! We would like to THANK Kevin, Dan, Sean, Tyler W and everyone else at Royal.. You have definitely changed my opinion and I will be a proud customer of Royal from now on. More

We cannot say enough good about Ryan at Royal! We were in a crappy position and were stressed, nervous, and skeptical. I had been communicating with Ryan here and there for quite a while, he wouldn We were in a crappy position and were stressed, nervous, and skeptical. I had been communicating with Ryan here and there for quite a while, he wouldn't give up on me. I was too nervous to take the leap and come in until awful circumstances arose and we lost the car we were wanting to trade, to repossession. Ryan told me to hurry up and get in there so we sucked it up and got our butts into Royal. Ryan was so freakin awesome, straightforward, and honest. We were able to tell him our stipulations and preferences and he took care of absolutely everything! The environment and everyone there made us feel comfortable and ease our nerves, which isn't always the case at dealerships. I am so glad he pestered me and convinced me to go in to see him. We went in on a Tuesday with zero expectations and got a call back the next day to go in and sign for our car on Thursday. They got me exactly what I wanted and needed with no money down and no payment for 45 days! I also got a dozen roses, so that was cool. Now that we have the car, I don't feel like we're on our own. I know we can go in or call and Ryan will be there to take care of us! More

Although it wasn’t what we wanted when we saw it he didn’t just send us on our way. After searching their additional stock at their other dealerships he found one we thought we would like to see. He was able to continue working with us and took us to the Royal Jaguar dealership. Although the car was newer than we had planned on we ended up buying it. Everyone was very friendly, patient and caring making the car purchasing process more comfortable than some of our past experiences with other dealerships. No regrets! More
