The whole team was wearing masks which made me feel safe. Elijah was super helpful as soon as I walked in. He asked me what my needs where and took notes on everything I said. He then showed me the model I was interested and we took a great test drive. Afterward we talked numbers and looked around the lot. They found a car that fit my needs and budget. The whole process took less than 2 hours. I would highly recommend Elijah and the whole Royal Kia team to friends and family. They even got me a deal about $1000 less than the other Kia dealer in town gave me. More

I spent a while researching online and wanted to come in to test drive a few different trims for the model I wanted. Keith took the time to explain the key differences and set up the test drives. It was like borrowing a friend’s new car; there was no added pressure, everyone was eager to help- barely felt like a car dealership. I was outside of the city and made my decision to make the purchase midweek. They offered to bring the vehicle to me and set up all the paperwork beforehand. Keith and Jamie worked together to make sure any questions I had didn’t go unmet. That type of attention to customer service is why I’ll go back there for my next Kia. I ended up coming into the dealership for the final purchase and everything was so seamless... Keith made the final arrangements with Van and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Not even exaggerating. Great experience, great people, and I ended up with a great deal on a badass car. Thanks Keith and the Royal Kia fam! More
