Made appt on line .Advisor was Matt Van Dyke. He met me upon my arrival. He was very courteous, provided me with details of what they were going to do and gave me approximate time it would be ready. Just purchased my third Kia (two Rios and one Forte) from Tom and can’t praise him enough. He consistently matches me up with exactly what I wanted.
