The transaction began online, from Nashville TN, and Tom handled everything PERFECTLY. From start to finish, the process was smooth and efficient. More importantly, Tom went above and beyond, providing kind assistance and timely responses to questions. When we arrived at Royal Kia, after a 1600-mile drive from Nashville, he welcomed us as though we were old friends. Our new Sorento was ready, as promised and as ordered, and it was beautiful! Tom then spent time with us to go over features and operational abilities, explaining everything we needed to know, and answering all of our questions. Now that we are living in Tucson, I would (and will) wholeheartedly recommend Royal Kia and Tom Rice to anyone looking for a great car at a great price! I was very uncomfortable with the entire buying process at this dealership. First they tried to tell us that the the interest rate on financing was over 6%. When we told them we would shop for our own fi at this dealership. First they tried to tell us that the the interest rate on financing was over 6%. When we told them we would shop for our own financing because that was unacceptable, they came back with a financing rate of a little over half of what they originally quoted us. Also, the salesman told us we would have to put a deposit down on the car just to see if we qualified for financing, despite the fact that we have a great credit score. I found this to be manipulative and dishonest. Furthermore, the vehicle they were selling us was priced over $1,000 above the highest Kelly Blue Book selling price for the vehicle sold from a dealership and they refused to negotiate on the price. I understand they are trying to maximize their profits on each vehicle sold, but I found there their manipulation and dishonest tactics disconcerting. More

Quick Courteous Service I had visited Royal KIA a few times before, looking for the right fit to upgrade my wife's KIA Soul. Once she decided the Sportage was the way to go, I had visited Royal KIA a few times before, looking for the right fit to upgrade my wife's KIA Soul. Once she decided the Sportage was the way to go, we started hunting for a used model, to save a thousand dollars, with the features that are important to her. Unfortunately, Royal didn't have any used options that fit the criteria so we spent about 10 days looking at other dealerships and found a few options to haggle on, but couldn't come to an agreement that made the deal sweet enough to seal the deal. We finally through up our hands and said to each other, "Beto and Jesus will take care of us, let's go talk to them again and see what being a loyal Royal customer can get us." This was on Saturday after they closed at 530, and the accommodated us; We took a 2020 EX w/Tech and Premium Pkgs out for a test drive. On Monday, my wife drove her new vehicle home in the afternoon. They gave us a great value on our trade and with customer loyalty cash, discounts, rebates, and KIA promotions, we signed the paperwork on the vehicle just above $30K. This was only $8300 more than we were going to buy a used model with near 35000 miles. Looking to buy a new car, this is the place to go for any model KIA. They also have a great Warranty Forever plan on certified used vehicles, but they go fast! Happy hunting! More
