After receiving a call from Kim a couple days later, I decided to go back and Voila, She shows me this beautiful BMW which I fell in love with. It was a very low mileage vehicle and I just had to have it. So I purchased the car and a few days later some problems with the vehicle showed up... it had a few issues. But as soon as I called Kim, she and the staff promptly took care of them. I couldn't be happier with the service that I received from Royal, Kim listens to you and does everything she can to make sure you are a happy customer. More
