I didn't buy a KIA but not Royal's fault Sales staff very helpful, responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They are salaried, so there are no big pushe. If I were to buy a hybrid, I would definitely buy the Kia Niro, and the Royal staff actually even located a plug-in hybrid for me as I had requested. But I had the opportunity to get an all electric vehicle and made that choice over the hybrid, That Royal didn't have an EV Niro is not its fault. There are none in AZ! So, yeah, my hope is that a few years from now there will be more EVs available and I will have the chance to return to Royal. More

Wonderful Sales Person - Pretty Good Dealership Overall Excellent customer service from my sales person, Jammie Pugh!!! He was there for me over the several months-long process of locating a Tellur Overall Excellent customer service from my sales person, Jammie Pugh!!! He was there for me over the several months-long process of locating a Telluride I wanted and following through with every detail of the sales process. I would highly recommend him without reservation!!! However, while the dealership has several strong points, I am less than happy with the Royal Kia dealership. I did not like how the dealership stuck a "Royal" advertising name plate on my beautiful new car on the rear lift gate above the SX V6 name plates without my knowledge or permission. By using a hot air dryer when I got home I was eventually able to get the Royal sticker off my car without damage to the paint. Thankfully no damage done. Also, I was disappointed that the Kia Telluride did not come with, and the Royal Kia dealership did not provide, a good quality license plate holder for the front or rear of the car. Apparently I will have to shop for the license plate holders myself. Is it expecting too much for a car that cost full price, $48,255 (MSRP), to come with a good license plate holder? More
