I also am sorry and a little ashamed of myself. My first words to home when he asked me what I wanted where " I don't want a Kia". Well I'm eating my words now and it's thanks to him. O am in a Kia Optima and I absolutely love this car. And in 2 years or so when I get my Nursing lisence and am d doing financially better I hope he is still he r e because I plan to come back and purchase a new Kia and j would l I be for him to be my sales person again. So glad I found this dealership - and Everett! After 30 years of driving, I assumed all car dealerships and salespeople are the same. Then I met Everett. This guy is a true professional, but also After 30 years of driving, I assumed all car dealerships and salespeople are the same. Then I met Everett. This guy is a true professional, but also compassionate and funny. While I hadn't planned to, I literally spent an entire day with him, when the used VW I wanted to purchase had a safety recall issued, causing us to start the sales process again, from scratch. But he never once made me feel rushed or like I was a bother. After the first vehicle was off the table, he spent the time to help me find another vehicle (and I'm picky) - even driving me to another Royal dealership to get the car I wanted. He said multiple times that my happiness was his biggest concern, and I felt it. HIs sense of humor and caring nature made what could have been an awful day, ultimately a good one. This world needs more people like Everett - go buy a car from him. More
Sketchy but complete We had a trade in and sizable cash down for a new 2020 kia soul GT trim. $10,000.00 in all. The salesperson seemed to start having personal problems a We had a trade in and sizable cash down for a new 2020 kia soul GT trim. $10,000.00 in all. The salesperson seemed to start having personal problems as soon as we signed the dotted line. We signed all papers on Saturday but the car was in Phoenix. Our salesman said he would go and pick it up on Monday. Monday afternoon came and we had not heard anything from him or the dealership. Husband called salesman and his g/f was having an emergency and he took her to the hospital and said he would be unable to go to phoenix and pick up our car. While it is very understandable he didn't contact us before we did him it was disconcerting that no one had contacted us, nor had our salesman handed over delivery of our car to someone else. He said he would get back to us after we reached out to him first but he never did. We were very close to exercising our 3 day right to cancel the whole deal. We finally called the dealership manager, (Beto), and he was able to do some damage control and send another salesperson, (Jammie), to get our car to us late Monday night just before closing. So we had to make a return trip, (we live about 1 hour away), to have car detailed and finalize sale. As it turned out our original salesman never had called our insurance company, (he said he would when we signed the papers), he failed to explain that we could transfer our license plate to our new car, (I had just paid the registration on trade in so I had 11 months credit towards new car). As a result we had previously signed a no plate transfer, (it wasn't explained to us that we could transfer and we have never traded in a car before and had no idea), and all our paperwork had to be re-done. So it took over 4 hours for the car detail, car insurance, license plate, paperwork redo. Which meant husband had to work 4 hours later that night. The manager did treat us well and had a tint strip put on front windshield at no extra cost to us. This was our families 3rd Kia in 9 years from this dealership and it was a disappointing and stressful experience. So we do recommend this dealership but barely. More

There was no trying to upgrade me to a more expensive model or a vehicle with more “bells and whistles” than I wanted.
