There was no idle chit chat, just nice conversation and discussion about my purchase and how Royal was committed to my satisfaction. All we’ve ever heard were horror stories of people getting screwed over at dealerships. TJ was our sales person and he was absolutely amazing. He really listened to what kind of vehicle we were looking for and what our needs were, including the financial aspect of it as well. He ended up showing me a 2016 Kia Soul, and he was right on the money, it was perfect for what we needed and met all of the check marks on our list. We did run into an issue there at the end with getting the temporary plates, and that’s where Sam came in. They both did everything they possibly could to make it work for us, and ended up taking my old broken down car as a trade in, which I was ecstatic about because I had no idea what I was going to do with that thing, and it ended up lowering the interest rate as well as the monthly payments. Overall I’m so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend going to them if anyone is looking at getting a new car! More
