The two sales people I dealt with Matt and Jesus made it easy and the sales manager Beto was great as well. Overall I would say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I am going back to Royal Kia for my next purchase. More

When I made the appointment at Royal I really had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle, I was just seeing my options. The first person I met was Craig and he gave me reassurance and clarity of my situation, which persuaded me to purchase a new vehicle. I felt I was being told the truth and not pushed into something I did not want nor could I afford. This experience has changed my mind on the car sales business. The whole team at Royal were very welcoming and made me feel at ease. I love my car and it will last me forever. Thank you Craig and Tom. More

Best Service Experience I've Had Matt met me at my car immediately, walked me into the service office and explained the rutine service they were going to preform, and that it would ta Matt met me at my car immediately, walked me into the service office and explained the rutine service they were going to preform, and that it would take about 1.5 hours. I could either stay in the waiting where there were complimentary snacks and coffee along with charging ports for electronics, comfy seats, big screen TV's and magazines, or they could get me a ride to the mall if I would like. I opted to stay in the waiting area. 1.5 hours flew by and I didn't even realize till Matt came and let me know that there had been a little bit of a backup this morning and that my car was getting washed and I would have it shortly, 30min later he came back and said my car was done, he went through everything with me and escorted me back to my vehicle. I loved the fact they did not try and sell me on other services that were not needed at every turn like other places I have taken my cars in the past. More

To top things off if you buy at Royal you will get the best experience someone can have when buying a car, straight forward pricing no need to haggle and waste time. Tom Rice was my sales consultant found him to be informative and helpful throughout the buying experience. Humberto was the sales manager always making sure I was taken care of. May I add the service department is phenomenal, my service advisor Matt is courteous and attentive. That is just another good reason to buy from Royal. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy anywhere else. More
Surprisingly good experience After 40 years of experience buying cars, I found Royal Kia a pleasant surprise. The sales person (Jammie Pugh) did everything, except the appraisal. After 40 years of experience buying cars, I found Royal Kia a pleasant surprise. The sales person (Jammie Pugh) did everything, except the appraisal. We were turned over to the manager for the appraisal of our car but this turned out to be a very pleasant inter-active experience with the manager actually giving us an appraisal which was way above Kelly Blue Book appraisal. The sales person even doubled as the finance person—no hidden fees and no high pressure sales. Jammie was very laid back and easy to work with. It was nice to have to deal with just one person. I am surprised that other car dealers have not followed their example. Royal Kia is doing everything right and made our car buying experience a very good experience indeed. We will return. More
