Everett is amazing!! I headed to Kia (just to look around) and was greeted by Everett. When I say this man is personable I mean it. He asked what I was looking for and what i wanted as well as needed in my car. He listened and walked out to the lot.... When he returned, he was in MY car. It is everything I had hopped for. Everett worked hard while sprinkling singing and joking into our meeting. Today, I was blessed to sign papers to my car. Latte (my car's name) was a blessing I didn't expect produced by and angel on earth. For as long as Everett is in the car business, I will send all I know looking for a car his way. Hey fam..... Oil drain plug Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They left my oil drain plug lose causing the vehicle to lose all the oil. I had to have the car towed in and have the engine replaced. I have worked in dealerships in the past and know how things work. They also changed my address so when i got a survey it would go to the wrong address and i couldn't respond......Well now 2,000 miles with new engine i have 2 coolant leaks that the dealership wants me to pay for. Love my Optima but this dealership continues to leave a bad taste in my mouth.....My son also owns a Kia and they did a recall on his car and never finished while leaving tools under the hood that were falling out while he was driving down the road....Be very very careful people. More
