My husband found a car he loved on their website, but his schedule didn’t allow for him to come in at his leisure to test drive, so I went on my own. I had no intention of asking to take it home, but after talking to Chris during our test drive, he offered it up. Honestly, smart move on his part, because it was an immediate “yes” from my husband as soon as he took it for a spin. We came back in, and the buying process was painless. I say painless only because I’ve had other experiences that just make me cringe thinking about them! But Chris was upfront and relaxed, and start-to-finish, the transaction was pretty pleasant! I have never been made to feel so special when seeking to purchase a new vehicle This dealership has redefined my opinion of auto dealers in general. I have never been made to feel so special when seeking to purchase a new vehicle. We had another vehicle in for an emergency service call, and also looking at the new vehicles the time ran into the early evening, and the salesman actually took me and my wife out to dinner and he paid for the dinner. When we were ready to take the new car, it had a huge red bow on the top and my wife was presented with a dozen of red roses. All in all this was a very unexpected way to be treated and has earned our repeat business. More

This latest vehicle was leased from the Royal Kia office On September 6th my wife and I purchased our 9th vehicle from a Royal Dealership since 2004. This latest vehicle was leased from the Royal Kia office located on E. Speedway and Columbus Blvd. our representative was Jesus Camargo, an employee who started approx 5 years ago as a detail person and worked his way up into sales and leasing. Jesus is a terrific person and not a average car salesperson. Jesus is very knowledgeable not just with the products that he presents, but with his compassion in dealing with people. Jesus took the time to deliver our new 2019 Kia Sorento to our home and explained every feature top to bottom to both my wife and me. Also a special thank you to Dave Lopez in the service department for always going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service ! No Longer Jaded! My husband and I have terrible credit, so after being to several dealerships in Tucson I had all but given up hope on being able to purchase a vehicle My husband and I have terrible credit, so after being to several dealerships in Tucson I had all but given up hope on being able to purchase a vehicle I could be comfortable in within my price range. I drive for Lyft, so it's important that my car runs well, looks good and seats comfortably. I was looking for a crossover with decent gas mileage, and Matt Horrigan actually listened to my husband and I as we told him what we were looking for. He directed us to a 2015 Ford Escape with a very unique bronze color for a lower monthly payment than we had expected. I was still jaded about the whole process, which I had been through multiple times, so when Juan Vazquez took over the majority of the deal he had his work cut out for him. Challenge accepted! He joked with my husband and I for hours, making us feel comfortable and relaxed while everything was being processed. It took a while, but Juan hung out with us the whole time. (We'll always have teacups for your hot wheels!) Phil Cheshier helped out with the paperwork and gathering of information with a great attitude, even though he was under the weather. The whole time Scott Chambers popped in and out, offering helpful advice and making sure everything was going smoothly. I knew he had other customers, but it felt like he was focused on us the whole time. I had a knot in my chest, waiting for something to go wrong, but it never did! Juan handed us the registration with a big grin and I drove away in my new car! I have only good things to say about everyone we worked with at Royal Kia. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be going back in a few years when I'm ready to purchase a brand new car! More
