My husband and I have terrible credit, so after being to several dealerships in Tucson I had all but given up hope on being able to purchase a vehicle My husband and I have terrible credit, so after being to several dealerships in Tucson I had all but given up hope on being able to purchase a vehicle I could be comfortable in within my price range. I drive for Lyft, so it's important that my car runs well, looks good and seats comfortably. I was looking for a crossover with decent gas mileage, and Matt Horrigan actually listened to my husband and I as we told him what we were looking for. He directed us to a 2015 Ford Escape with a very unique bronze color for a lower monthly payment than we had expected. I was still jaded about the whole process, which I had been through multiple times, so when Juan Vazquez took over the majority of the deal he had his work cut out for him. Challenge accepted! He joked with my husband and I for hours, making us feel comfortable and relaxed while everything was being processed. It took a while, but Juan hung out with us the whole time. (We'll always have teacups for your hot wheels!) Phil Cheshier helped out with the paperwork and gathering of information with a great attitude, even though he was under the weather. The whole time Scott Chambers popped in and out, offering helpful advice and making sure everything was going smoothly. I knew he had other customers, but it felt like he was focused on us the whole time. I had a knot in my chest, waiting for something to go wrong, but it never did! Juan handed us the registration with a big grin and I drove away in my new car! I have only good things to say about everyone we worked with at Royal Kia. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be going back in a few years when I'm ready to purchase a brand new car! More

First time buyer On October 4th, 2018, I purchased my first brand new car! I am so excited with my new addition! It took a few hours for me to finish the process but I wouldn't change it for anything. Prior to going to Royal Kia I literally was having a rough day (which consisted of LOTS of tears). While I was there I was working with Everett. Everett really took the time to crunch the numbers to make sure he was able to get what I wanted without taking advantage because that's what dealerships like to do when you're a female. Everett is AMAZING and I HIGHLY RECCOMMEND working with him! He was super professional but when he felt the tension of me and my emotions he cracked a few jokes to make sure I didn't shed anymore tears while sitting at his desk! If I would've known that buying a car was this easy I would've went to see Everett sooner! Thank you Everett for making car buying easy and helping take some stress off my shoulders! I went to a couple dealerships before to browse cars I found online and that’s what originally brought me into Royal Kia. Compared to the others, Royal Kia was the best expierence I had, by far. Everett Griggs was my car salesman. He exceeded mine and my family’s expectations. He got to know me and was able to find cars other than the one I originally came in for, to open up my options within my price range (without pressuring to exceed it). He knew the ins and outs of the vechicle I test drove while also giving me a perfect route to really get a feel for the vechicle. After that, he walked through everything so I got a clear understanding of my options and the pros and cons of each vechicle. He did not pressure me, he was very patient, he was a joy and funny person to be around, and he was very knowledgeable about the cars, the business, and the process as a whole. (Also, great taste in hats!) I ended up leaving the Royal Kia leasing a 2019 Kia Forte. Very proud of my decision and thankful for the help of Everett. I would highly recommend Royal Kia as your dealership to visit and Everett Griggs as your guy to work with. More

New Car Purchase My daughter had just bought a car two weeks before I did and told me to go see Juan Vazquez. I was running just a tad bit late (ok about 30 minutes) My daughter had just bought a car two weeks before I did and told me to go see Juan Vazquez. I was running just a tad bit late (ok about 30 minutes) but Juan still made me feel welcome. I originally went in to trade my 2016 Chevy Trax for a used car but ended up walking out with a brand spanking new 2018 Kia Forte. Juan stayed with me from the beginning to the very end. He knew everything and anything. He never passed me off to someone else. My daughter raved about him and I could see why. Very charming that guy is. Fast forward 3 days and I was hit on the driver's side. I took my car in to the Collision Center. Everyone at Royal is very friendly, and very nice. Juan worked his magic and my car payments were lowered. They have not only made me feel comfortable buying a car, they have earned my business for life. I will recommend any and everyone to Royal, first to Juan, then the rest. More

Quick and stress free I knew what I was looking for when I arrived and Lindsey Stoll showed me the cars I was interested in.
