Royal Kia has a great crew. Jesus was a great salesman. I made an appointment to see him and he was ready for me when I got there. He has been in contact serval times to make sure everything was okay with me and the car. To me those extra contacts were over and above the Call of Duty. She displayed the two most desired attributes for a sales person by maintaining eye contact with and actually listening to what I was looking for in my vehicle of choice. I had spent the prior two months surfing the internet in an attempt to find the most vehicle for the best price. I came to the dealership to test drive a late model "used" Kia Sorento, but because she listened & understood my expectations she was able to put me in a "new" vehicle for only a little more than what I would have paid for the "used" one.
