He took the time and asked questions to determine which car would be the best fit for me and my family, not just trying to talk me into the most expensive vehicle like other dealerships have. He was not only focused on what would suit us best, he was funny! He put us completely at ease with his humor and that allowed us to actually enjoy the experience. I would recommend Everett to anyone and will certainly be going back to him when it's time to replace my other vehicle. More

Both Everett Griggs and Ali were on hand with answers, info, and genuine customer service that fit the category of hospitality. Taking test drives with Everett was comfortable accompanied by his help and very engaging personality. We had a very pleasant experience test driving, looking and at cars and going through the truly hassle-free pricing, and "tutorial" for Apple Play ad UVO, etc. Our new Kia Optima EX includes more standard equipment than we anticipated. I looked at several different dealerships and I can see exactly why we've always gone here now. Car salesmen have a terrible reputation in the US, but that certainly isn't the case at Royal Kia. Eli was consistently very professional from start to finish, I've seen no unexpected costs of any kind, and every question I had was quickly and concisely answered. I had a very competitive offer from another dealership that I wasn't sure they'd be able to beat, but they pulled it off; they matched and lowered the offer price from there, and when the time came five days later to actually buy the car, there was no high stakes game to add extra unnecessary/undesired packages. We were in and out in a few hours. Whenever I'm next in the market for a car, I'll be sure to return. Even if I'm living in Phoenix at the time I'd still be willing to take a trip back down to get my next vehicle at Royal Kia. More

He immediately made me feel welcome and was straight about how Royal Kia does business. The dealership closed officially before we got to test drive anything, but Sean didn't hesitate to help me find the perfect car. I even got to take the Mazda I was looking at home for a few days! Sadly the bank said no to the Mazda and we moved onto another car which I also got to take home for a couple days. After countless nos from lenders we finally got a yes, and for the Nissan Versa I now own. It took a few days, but I had a great experience with Royal Kia and Sean. Sean kept me updated all around so we didn't waste time in the dealership. I didn't expect the service they gave me when I came in and that's a big part of why I will definitely come back when I need a new car! More

Between my family and the company I work for, our new 2018 Sorento is the 7th vehicle we've purchased or leased from Royal since 2010. Now that Beto has promoted to management, he now refers us to a salesperson when we come in, which is how we met Everett Griggs. Everett is a hard-working family man who is friendly, professional, and could probably pull off a 2nd job as a stand-up comedian. Being a vehicle enthusiast and very detail oriented, I fully realize that I can be a difficult customer, yet these guys worked well past closing time to get us what we needed. I have and would absolutely continue to recommend them and Royal to anyone. More
