I loved the car, but the leas This is the second time I have gotten a car from Royal Kia. The first was 3 years ago when I decided to lease a Sorento. I loved the car, but the lease was coming due. I decided I wanted to buy instead of lease and thought I really didn't need a car that big. I contacted Royal Kia and was given the assistance of Tom Rice. Tom was extremely patient with me as I changed my mind over and over and over. Poor guy probably didn't know what I was going to come up with next . . . will it be a used car or a new car. Well, this last Saturday I drove my brand new 2018 Kia Sportage home. I love the car, although there is still a lot to learn about it. Tom worked very hard to help me find the car just right for me, and he did a great job at it! Thank you Tom! More

After 23+ years of owning this wonderful dependable, reliable vehicle an accident made it necessary to purchase new vehicle. After my past experience with Royal decided to return and see if they still had their great customer service policy and good reliable used vehicles. I was not disappointed. Went by both used outlets and found 2007 Ford Freestyle at the Collision Center Outlet. Sales Consultant Marvin Batts really went the extra mile in assisting me with my purchase. Before considering purchase I needed my brother to examine and check the vehicle out. My brother was unavailable to come to dealership that day. Marvin said that would be no problem we could take it to him. Marvin drove us to my brothers. My brother inspected and test drove the Freestyle. I set my purchase expectations with the sales pe We traded in our 2011 Kia Soul for a used 2015 Kia Sorento. The trade in process was easy and simple. I set my purchase expectations with the sales person and payment limitations from the start. It seemed the sales person was pressured to upsell additional coverages which would have doubled my monthly payment limitations. I felt as if I was being coerced to except these options that I clearly stated I did not want at multiple times during the sale. It was annoying and frustrating, After 6 hours we were ready to drive off the lot with a vehicle that had an empty tank of gas and a brake light that did not work. I chose Royal KIA because of the reliability but started to second guess my choice. I would think the vehicle would be fully inspected prior to turning it over to the customer. A week after driving the vehicle my wife was stranded with the kids and needed a jump start. I called KIA Service that was unable to get us in on short notice even though we were leaving for California the next day. And of course the next day 4th of July the battery was dead so I had to purchase a new battery from O'Reilly. Royal KIA Service was closed. Well let's hope for better times. More
