VERY happy with my Royal experience! I went to Royal after finding a car online. I ended up working with Sean Holmquist who was great. He was very thorough and up front about everything. I did not, in the whole time I was at the dealership, feel as though I needed to be stressed about negotiations or pressured into buying something I didn't want. I knew what I wanted and he helped me find it. I also felt they gave me an honest deal, something I didn't get with my last car purchase. Everyone I met at the dealership was very helpful and very courteous and overall the environment was very professional and comfortable. Aside from Sean, I also worked with Dan, the General Manager. The guy who did all of my paperwork and financing was also great (I wish I could remember his name!). I would definitely recommend going to Royal Kia if you are looking to purchase a new or used car. Professional and excellent customer service I live in the Phoenix area and was very interested in a 2016 Sorento SXL from the TV commercials. While visiting friends in the Tucson area, I stopped by and drove a 2016 Sorento SXL and totally fell in love with it as I did from just watching the commercials. The dealership only had the color Titanum Silver which is beautiful but I had my heat set on the White. Also, to be honest, I was sticker shocked. Both Dan and Brandon Thornberry stated "know one pays the MSRP" and they would give me a good deal. I said to them, I will give you my word to purchase this vehicle from Royal Kia Tucson, as my experience was excellent with no pressure, very honest, and sincere. I also advised Brandon there was no rush for this vehicle as I could wait. Well, I must say, Brandon text me every week and called me every Saturday giving me updates on their arrivals and if I might be interested in one of the vehicles just off the truck, which I stated "no", I will wait. After 3 months of waiting, my special Sorento arrived. Remember, I have not seen this vehicle and only visualized in my mind. When Brandon drove the vehicle up and said to come outside and look at it, I just couldn't believe my eyes, especially when he opened the doors and I saw the Ivory and Black interior also referred to as Tuxedo, I started to cry. It is so beautiful. The wait was well worth it and I obtained a great deal from Dan and Brandon and have obtained a wonderful relationship with Royal Kia Tucson. I will only take this new vehicle to Royal Kia Tucson for its service, etc. even though I will be driving down from Phoenix, it is well worth the Southern Hospitality experience. I will miss Brandon's weekly text's and calls. If you want a great car buying experience, I highly recommend Royal Kia Tucson. More
