Marcus was finishing up with someone else so the Manager Kevin stepped right up and took us out for a test drive. When Marcus was available we went out in another upgraded model. Decided on the original and had a smooth transaction. Decided to finance and it went smoothly as well. We really liked both Kevin and Marcus and didn't feel any pressure at all. We originally went to this dealer because of the reviews online. It was a positive experience so far. We love the car so far. Even when I wasn't sure if I wanted the car, Marcus let me take it for the night to decide if I wanted it. They worked with my budget and gave me a really great deal on my 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid. When I checked out the car, I wasn't entirely satisfied, so Brandon searched the whole lot for the 2016 Kia Optima with the convenience package that I wanted. I couldn't be more happy with the car, and the whole team at Royal Kia was extremely helpful and they make you feel like you're in control. The Best Car Buying Experience Ever We came in on Saturday just to see what our options were and from there it was a Great experience. Brandon was our salesman he was very pleasant and We came in on Saturday just to see what our options were and from there it was a Great experience. Brandon was our salesman he was very pleasant and receptive towards us and made us feel very comfortable. We came in with the intent to release another car by turning in our Kia Soul 9 months early we expected there would be hesitation and a negative response to our request but to our surprise Brandon escorted us to take a look at the Vehicles on the lot. We went on a test drive in a newer Model from our current 2013 Kia Soul to a 2015 Kia Soul with only 55 miles on it. WOW! WHAT A DIFFERENCE ! Brandon took the time to explain the changes Kia has made on the newer model and answered all our questions, also after the test drive gave us the opportunity for us to look at other Kia Models as the Forte and the Optima allowing us to make the decision and not be pushed into any one vehicle. After we decided that we would stick with the Soul it was time to talk price, that is when we expected the worst, again to our surprise Brandon explained in detail our leasing and Purchasing options and the pro's and cons not only did we decide but decided to purchase vs, leasing Thanks to Brandon's knowledge. Not Only did we buy but Brandon was able to make the payments stay with in our budget. When it came to the extended warranty Brandon again explained in detail and answered all our questions for us to make the decision to protect our investment. Not Only did we have the best car buying experience we also gained an education on purchasing a vehicle. We were greeted and made to feel welcome when we walked into the showroom and after a brief conversation with Dan he turned us over to Marcus to work with us. Marcus took the time needed to fully explain the leasing options, had multiple cars brought up for us to compare the different trim levels, he worked with Dan to give us a fair deal on our trade in and price for the new car. The entire experience was stress free and eliminated the potential for buyer's remorse. Over the years we have bought a number of new cars and we would rate Royal Kia at the top for customer service. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!!! WOW SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! I was referred to this dealership by a friend of mine. There were some scheduling issues with the first agent I intended to spe WOW SIMPLY AMAZING!!!! I was referred to this dealership by a friend of mine. There were some scheduling issues with the first agent I intended to speak with, but he was nice enough to set me up with someone different to get things started. Upon arriving to the dealership, I was greeted by Wendy. She introduced herself and the journey to finding the right car began. I told her my budget and was up front and honest with the fact that my credit is horrible. That did not stop her and Dan from working hard to help get me into the perfect car. Wendy recommended a 2014 Chevy Sonic, we did a test drive, ran some numbers and built a contract I felt comfortable with. I was able to drive the car off the lot that day, and come back the following day to sign the final paperwork. After leaving the dealership a different bank offered a lower interest rate and a better price(which I did not find out until the next day!) Wendy worked with my horrible credit history to find me a car I could not have been more happy with. This dealership really is built on honest, trustworthy, no hassle pricing, and non commissioned based sales people. Not one time through out the entire process did I feel pressured to buy this car. When I asked for a moment to step outside and collect my thoughts, Wendy was happy to let me take a moment, and even offered a bottle of water while I thought about it. This is the first time in 6 years that I have owned a car of my own and with the help of Dan Ivey and Wendy Ruhl that dream quickly became a reality for me. I rolled off the lot with a 2014 Chevy Sonic, with only 40,000 miles on it. The car itself is amazing and comes with a range of "stock perks" already included. It also qualifies as a Platinum level car(ask your sales rep. about the various levels, they are happy to explain the awesome advantages that come with each level.) If you are a first time buyer, or someone who believes you have no shot at owning a vehicle because of horrible credit, I am proof that you to can do it! All you have to do is walk in the door, and the amazing staff with take it from there. This dealership and team of employees has gained a loyal customer for LIFE.
