Fantastic Customer Service!!!!!! I purchased a "like new" very LOW mileage 2014 Kia Sportage from Royal on 10/13/15, and dealt with Brandon and Joe. Brandon took us on a nice long te I purchased a "like new" very LOW mileage 2014 Kia Sportage from Royal on 10/13/15, and dealt with Brandon and Joe. Brandon took us on a nice long test drive and I was able to to drive the Sportage through curves, potholes, dips, and finally a smooth road. The Sportage has a great acceleration. Joe Sullivan did the appraisal on my 2011 Kia Soul and ended up giving me top dollar for my trade-in, which I was quite pleased with!!! Thank you Joe! Really, there was very little negotiating on the sales price of the Sportage as it was already reasonably priced. Brandon was kind enough to drive my husband and I to Village Inn and then pick us up as I am handicapped and unable to walk long distances. I ended up getting a great interest rate and longer period to pay off my car loan. The whole signing of documents didn't take long and while I was busy signing paperwork, Brandon had my car detailed and he even filled my gas tank up for me. Most Amazing Experience EVER!!! I never expected to walk out of the dealership driving a new car the same day! I was mostly on a fishing expedition expecting to be "hounded" by sales person after sales person. Brandon was the first to stop and ask if I needed help and from there on it was the most stress free experience I have ever had buying a car. He made sure first that I was comfortable, everything was done in his office - from start to finish. He and his manager and financial team did a great job finding a way to get me the type of car I needed and the price I could afford. I can't say enough about how wonderful Brandon Thornberry is...I have already recommended him and Royal Kia to at least six other people within the 2 days i have had my new (to me) 2014 Jeep Compass. Thank you again for such an easy, relaxed and wonderful way to buy a new vehicle. More
