As soon as we walked into the door we were given a friendly greeting by a Mr. Wallace. Mr. Wallace immediately asked which type of vehicle we were looking for and the price range. We were then shown a few vehicles before we settled on a Nissan Pathfinder. We purchased the vehicle and after a few days we noticed there were a few issues and recalls that needed to be taken care of. We brought the vehicle in a few days later and explained the issues to Mr. Wallace, he then said he'd take care of it no problem, and he even provided us a loaner vehicle while the Nissan Pathfinder was being taken care of. I'd say we're quite pleased with our purchase at Royal Kia and if you ever have a problem, you can rest assured that the people at Royal Kia will make you feel like royalty through every step of the process. More

I have been looking for a new car for quite a while and done quite a Fantastic is the only word I can think of to describe my experience at Royal Kia! I have been looking for a new car for quite a while and done quite a bit of research so my father and I walked into the dealership knowing what I was interested in but wasn't sure I would qualify for the financing with my less than perfect credit. Well, from the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted by Bobby Arrizon. I told him what I wanted and that I wanted to be sure that I would qualify for financing before even looking at a car and he guided me through the whole process. I was completely impressed by his professionalism and willingness to listen to what I needed and wanted. Then I was introduced to Dan Ivey, who I was also completely impressed with. He told me what my options were and worked to get me financed at a interest rate much lower than I was expecting. By the time we came back from test driving the car, I was approved and ready to go! Bobby then took it from there and worked on getting all the papers signed and ensuring I knew all of my options. Showed me around the dealership and let me know where I would go if I ever needed anything. We showed up at the dealership close to 5:00 pm and even as closing rolled around a few hours later, Bobby made sure that I knew how to use all of the features in my beautiful brand new Kia Sorento, even though his shift had ended. I was very nervous about going to a dealership and dealing with the haggling and negotiations, and was immediately put to ease when I learned the salesmen work on salary not commission and they are there to truly get the best deal for their customers. I left with a top of line vehicle and couldn't be happier with my experience. I would recommend that anyone looking for a car go to Royal Kia! Thank you!! More

Juan came out and I told him I what I wanted and we started a test drive but first we went to the back to see what was there. When I saw the car I was looking for in back we changed vehicles and when I got in the car I knew that is what I wanted. I LOVE my car!!!!! More

First Time Car Buyer I originally went to a dealership in my small home town but after getting home and reviewing some numbers, I was extremely dissatisfied and felt that I originally went to a dealership in my small home town but after getting home and reviewing some numbers, I was extremely dissatisfied and felt that I had been tricked. I then researched several dealerships in Tucson and Phoenix and decided to investigate this one further. Peter Thomas was the one who helped me on the phone. He was very patient with me and answered all of the questions I had and I was convinced that it was now worth making the almost 2 hour drive to this specific dealership. Peter was with another client when I finally arrived but Tom Rice welcomed both me and my mother and walked us through the process. He took the time to go over every single detail so that this time around, we were completely aware of what we were agreeing to. I didn't feel as if we were being pushed to purchase add ons and I was shocked that I was able to finance a brand new 2014 Kia Soul for a lower monthly payment than I had gotten at the other dealership. Again, this was because they weren't tacking on any extra fees. Because I had already bought another car, the manager Kevin Cravo actually called the manager at the local dealership I had originally gone to. I'm not sure what was said between the two and I assume he kept it very professional but either way, I believe it helped them accept the car back without any issue. In the end, I'm more than thrilled that I decided to explore other options and came across this dealership. I had never put much faith in reviews but after having had such a great experience with Royal Kia, I can honestly say that every positive thing I had heard about this place is true. Their service department appears to be top of the line with many accommodations for the comfort of the customer and the fact that they give you a dozen roses at the end of a purchase is a very nice touch that really stood out in my mind. They erased any concerns I had about the car buying process and I would recommend them to all my family and friends. I absolutely love my Soul! Thank you again, Tom, Peter and Kevin!
