Best car buying experience ever! Two weeks ago I bought a 10 year old yellow VW Beetle in excellent condition and I love it! Russell explained all the options in detail and he let me decide what I did and didn't want, He understood it was my decision to make and didn't pressure me all - he just wanted to let me know what they had available. They spent a lot of time and effort to get me an excellent interest rate even though I didn't have the best credit score, Several other employees came by and introduced themselves and said hello and asked if they could get me something to eat or drink. They were all so friendly - not just Russell. I will never go to another dealership, thanks to the special treatment I received from Russell - Royal Kia is the best! More

Everything was explained very clearly, no games, no drama, and none of the ugliness that I was dreading coming into a dealership. I checked the numbers - my vehicle cost me far less than retail, plus the bonus of "Warranty Forever." Which means that all I have to do is maintain my car, and my engine and drive train are warrantied forever....that's a relief an a world where we end up making payments and repair bills at the same time. Straight up, no nonsense and no pressure I stopped in to see the Kia Optima but I wasn't prepared to buy which I told him. This is a fine motor car and had I been ready I would have driven it home. xxxx, the even fed us lunch!
