He was very knowledgeable and helpful in making sure we knew exactly what we were buying and how to work everything in the car. He also helped us get exactly what we wanted in the exact price range we wanted! He truly made us feel like part of the Royal Family. However, my experience with Kyle Henderson at Royal Kia can only be described as positive. I left with the sense that I had been dealt with fairly and considerately. I prepared for my purchase by doing some research on the computer, but I really didn't need to have done too much because the dealership provided me with the Kelly Bluebook valuation of my vehicle and a carfax of the automobiles history The entire purchase only took a couple of hours. I was amazed! I have received a follow-up call from my salesman just to see if I was still satisfied wit h my purchase and things were going well which builds my confidence in my choice of purchase. I will definitely return to Royal in the future and recommend it to anyone in the market for a new car. More

We have been using their service department for years to service our two Kias, and Scott and Craig have always been extremely helpful, thorough, and trustworthy. When we decided to buy a third family (used) when our kids got their licenses, we went to another dealer first, and after an absolutely horrible experience, through which Scott and Craig were very helpful, looking at cars we were considering purchasing and telling us what was wrong with them, we decided since they had been so good to us, we should try their dealership to buy a used car. Should have started there in the first place. Craig recommend Mario Kirksley for our sales rep, and we couldn't be more pleased with the attention and service he gave us. He was always straightforward, never tried to strong-arm us into more car than we could afford, and was a joy to work with. The Pontiac Aztek we ended up is a great car in terrific shape, and we're very happy with it. I love that Mario stayed with us through the whole process, rather than handing us off to the next guy to try and sell us all the extras and whatnot like most car dealerships do. I will ALWAYS look to Royal Kia first when it's time to buy a car, new or used. It was such a breath air to not feel jerked around, especially after having such a bad experience elsewhere. More
I have never such a great car buying experience. I had contacted Mr. Vazquez at an earlier date to do a walk thru and get ideas for my new vehicle. At that time I mentioned that I was only there to get ideas not purchased at that time. Mr Vazquez did the walk thru with me and explained the difference between the leasing and buying options. He then sat with me and showed the mission statement and the way the KIA dealership worked. (i.e. no commission etc) we chatted more and I was on my way. a couple of days later Mr. Vazquez followed up with me. I mentioned that I appreciated the call back, and I also appreciated that he did not "hound" me to buy a car. (much appreciated that). on 27 Mar, I returned to get more information and possibly make a decision. I encountered 2 other salesmen, while Mr. Vazquez was finishing up a transaction with another client. Over all 3 gentlemen were great. I spent most of my day there with Mr. Vazquez working the details of my leasing my 2014 KIA Sorrento. At the end of my visit, I left with a smile on my face, a thank you and congratulations from all involved and I was on my way. Oh, let's not forget the dozen of red roses received as I was handed my keys. WOW!! Mr. Vazquez followed me home to deliver my new "ride", and I returned him to the dealership. Needless to say I am a satisfied customer. I HAVE NEVER, NEVER HAD SUCH A GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE. I WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP; TO MY FRIENDS. The end result of my "Royal" experience was great - especially since I came all the way from Minnesota to purchase this vehicle. A friend of mine had worked for the dealership some years ago a great - especially since I came all the way from Minnesota to purchase this vehicle. A friend of mine had worked for the dealership some years ago and spoke very highly of them. And now, I too, can do the same. It was comforting to know my vehicle came with a limited warranty based on the vehicles miles. It doesn't get much better than that. Any transaction concerns were addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Thank you Royal! More
My husband needed a car to get back and forth to work. He is in construction, so we would eventually be purchasing a work truck for him, but at the time it was not in our buget. We chose Royal because I have purchased my last 5 vehicles from them. Every time I visit their lot I don't have the usual "cringe" you would feel at other dealerships when you are immediately hunted down by an overeager sales person. We chose a Pontiac that was several years old and had pretty high mileage, but it was below our max price range, and was only intended to be his transportation for 12 - 18 months. The sale was easy and pleasant, as my experiences with Royal ALWAYS are. Unfortunately, there were several issues that came up with the car over the first 6 months that we owned it. Luckily, the extended warranty covered most of the issues, but by the time we had to have the car in the shop for the third time and were facing a pretty large expense to fix it, I went back to the sales side and ended up talking with Kevin about our situation. Kevin took the time to sit down with me, and go through the history of the car since we purchased it. He surprised me (even for a Royal employee) by taking responsibility for more than was necessary, being genuinely concerned about helping us, and offered us several options to "make it right". After two days of trying to figure out what was best for our family, we decided to fix and keep the vehicle. Kevin arranged for us to have a loaner car so we wouldn't be stuck without a vehicle, and made sure that the service department did a full double check on our car to be sure that there were no other potential issues. I would love to be able to say that even if I found a better deal elsewhere on a used vehicle I would still stick with Royal, but I can't. Over the last 10 years, which covered 5 vehicle purchases for me and my immediate family, as well as 3 additional vehicle purchases for my extended family at my reccomendation, I have not been able to find a better deal on a used vehicle anywhere else in Tucson. Combining that fact with the excellent customer service, pleasant sales experience, superior service department (I have all my work done at Royal, even oil changes), and the general sense of honesty, loyalty, and family oriented atmosphere that you feel when you visit their dealership, I can't imagine doing business with any other company. Kevin's business ethic, service, and overall honest decency as a human being has definitely secured me and my family as Royal customers for life. Thanks for everything guys!! More

I stopped in to Royal Kia, not sure if I'd be purchasing that day, but I knew what I wanted. I was handed over to Bobby Arrizon to look at a 2010 Kia Forte. I ended up looking at a 2012, which purchasing that day, but I knew what I wanted. I was handed over to Bobby Arrizon to look at a 2010 Kia Forte. I ended up looking at a 2012, which was a better deal. Not much more than the 2010 and was newer. Bobby was very friendly and not all pushy. He was professional, but also gave me the sense of comfort and common ground. He told me about the many things Royal Kia offers and how they do business. It's very low pressure when it comes to selling the car. There is still definitely a sense of salesmanship there. Bobby handled it well without making me feel like I was being 'convinced' or bullied into buying anything. Though their prices are pretty much what they are, Royal Kia worked to get me a really good interest rate which ended up lower than my credit union. In the end, they want you to buy the extras, some of which are worth it, but others are not really worth it in the long run. There was no pressure and I was shown all the options I had in terms of payments and time. Overall I was very pleased with the experience. The whole process still takes a while, but I think it went as quickly as it could. I'd definitely recommend Royal Kia to people looking for a good solid car at a good price. We went into the dealership looking at a mini cooper and while the car drove great it didn't meet our needs for space. We weren't sure what other vehicle we were interested in, Peter showed us the different vehicles that would meet the size requirements as well as went along the lines of the look that we were looking for. We ended up with a 2013 Chrysler 200 and absolutely love the vehicle! We couldn't have asked for a better experience with Peter that day he made buying a new vehicle easy and stress free. He made sure that we were comfortable and 100% sure about our purchase during the entire process unlike other sales reps that we have dealt with that just want to push us into a purchase. I highly recommend peter and Royal Kia to my friends and family for their next vehicle. More
