Over the last 30 years my husband & I have purchased several vehicles from various dealerships across the U.S.A.. We purchased our first Kia (Optima LX) in 2008. Royal Kia of Tucson is the first (and on several vehicles from various dealerships across the U.S.A.. We purchased our first Kia (Optima LX) in 2008. Royal Kia of Tucson is the first (and only) dealership that made the purchasing process actually pleasant! There's none of the typical "haggling" back and forth - their friendly & professional sales consultants ask all the right questions and (most importantly) they actually listen to customers' answers & preferences. During our first purchase from Royal (as we waited for some final paperwork) we were invited to join the Tucson team for lunch that was provided by the owner. Then, as we were leaving, our sales consultant handed me a dozen roses, which was such a lovely & totally unexpected surprise! We have been so impressed with Royal that when we started looking for a new vehicle last week, we of course returned to Humberto R. to purchase the 2012 Soul. For the sale price, the features on the basic 2012 Soul are certainly impressive (bluetooth, cruize control, etc.)& as if that weren't enough, the 1st service is free! For the three yrs we owned the Optima, Royal Kia of Tucson performed all of the regularly scheduled maintenance, in addition to a couple other minor services. Craig (one of the best service managers ANYWHERE) is knowledgeable and friendly. Craig & the service team have gone out of their way to keep the car running in tip-top shape and have never attempted to sell me goods or services that I didn't need, which is so refreshing. We will definately take the new Soul to Royal for all service. It's the little things ... Part of what makes Royal Kia of Tucson unique, is the special attention paid by every member of the team to customer recognition & complete satifaction. For example, Humberto (our sales consultant) has actually called to wish me a happy birthday every year; then every time I take the vehicle in for service, Craig always takes the time either at the beginning of the visit or at the end to say hello & inquire as to how things are going - not just with the car, but with me as a person. If you value quality, service & sincerity, I absolutely recommend Royal Kia of Tucson. Once you purchase a vehicle from this dealership, you become a part of the Royal family - and it's not just lip-service. More

I was referred to Chuck Beardsley by another customer of his and I am so glad I had the opportunity to work with Chuck! He was very friendly, couteous and willing to help me with my car need. I could not buy a car the traditional way with money down, but that didn't keep Chuck from helping me. He worked very hard to find just the right car to fit my needs. Chuck was truly wanting to help me get in a car. I appreciate him being so patient and diligent to find something that fit my need instead of pressuring me to buy something that was out of my budget. After receiving bad service from another dealership, I came to Royal and CC took time to show me cars within my budget. In less than a half an hour I found a vehicle that met my needs and budget. I especially appreciated the personal service from Jo Dunavent, who answered all of my questions via email and then even met me at the dealership location of my choice when I was ready to purchase. It took me several months before I was ready to purchase my Kia Soul, and Ms. Dunavent was completely honest with her responses to my questions. I truly felt that she and the salesman (Kevin Cravo) wanted me to be completely happy with my purchase and it wasn't about their sales production. I will definatley recommend both Jo Dunavent and Kevin Cravo to anyone looking for a good, honest sales team. And by the way, I am very happy with the purchase of my 2012 Kia Soul, not just the car, but the entire experience. More
This is the 2nd Kia purchased from Royal. I really like the atmosphere, non-pressured sales approach in buying a car. Awesome experience! My friend said I had to talk to Ken Lewis, cause he was so nice, and had helped her the week before to buy a new car for her daughter in Ohio....OK, I did, and he was!!! Not only "nice" Lewis, cause he was so nice, and had helped her the week before to buy a new car for her daughter in Ohio....OK, I did, and he was!!! Not only "nice" but a real sweet person, had all the answers, didn't pressure, and allowed me to take my time, which for an ole lady wasn't easy on his part! Being very patience on his part, I walked out with a new Soul...love it to death!! Ken also made sure I had met the manager and service people so when I came back I wasn't a stranger. Royal then went out of their way to have a little evening for new owners to get together...what another nice experience, and a great way to feel you were one of the family, so to speak. Even the manager's wife was there and participated which is really a cool surprise...go Annie, go. I remember her name but not her husband's!! Sorry. Anyway great dealership, and know I will always be treated great, and Ken will be there for any questions I have. I now have a new best friend!!! Love you Royal, and Ken Lewis!!! She also knew what I wanted and did not pressure me to purchase a car that was not appropriate for me. She was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with. As a first time car buyer, I was apprehensive about the car buying experience. Celia and Royal Kia took this apprehensiveness away. The entire staff was very friendly and made sure my needs were met.
