My new Telluride with 4500 miles had an engine light come on. Royal was the nearest Kia dealer from our vacation condo. We drove in without an appointment and Kenneth handled my problem. He arranged for a Lyft home, took 3 tries, and when ready offered a Lyft back to the dealer. All at Royal were frienly and easy to talk to. Too bad I live in Chicago. More
