Chris Perez from Royal Kia was the one who helped my dad and I pick out the best priced and best fitted car for the both of us. He was a good listener and very patient. He was also a very understanding man. He even picked me up from my house to get to the dealership because I didn’t have a ride! I mean come on, what other dealership does this!? This is an example of exquisite customer service. And not to mention the fact that the morning I was supposed to buy the car, I sprained my ankle. He was caring enough to allow me to elevate my sprained ankle.
