After considering multiple dealerships I decided to come in to Royal Kia, I was nervous but was instantly greeted by Everett who from the beginning was friendly professional and honest. I explained to him what I was looking for and my situation and from there he went out of his way to show me every option I had available he took a lot of time to go over every option and really took my best interest at heart I went back-and-forth a little bit and he stood by my side and was extremely patient and respectful of all of my decisions from beginning to end the process was extremely painless he took care of everything that needed to be done and even after the sale reached out to me to rectify some minor issues that needed sorted out he truly is a five star sales consultant and if I could give him more I would I’m so glad that I happened to stumble upon this dealership and very grateful to be a part of the Royal family now, I look forward to doing business with them for the years to come!
