Every new vehicle Royal Moore Subaru sells includes the Royal Moore Lifetime Powertrain Warranty. It covers the engine, transmission, and drivetrain for as long as the original owner keeps the vehicle, with no deductible, no mileage cap, and no cost. Coverage requires the owner to follow the manufacturer's recommended maintenance schedule and keep the records. EVs are excluded. The warranty is backed by J.D. We had a genuinely great experience buying our 2026 Subaru Outback Touring from Giselle at Royal Moore Subaru. Before moving into car sales, she worked in the aviation industry, and her background in hospitality really showed. She was attentive, trustworthy, and sincerely wanted what was best for our family. At the time of writing, Giselle is still relatively new to car sales, but we really appreciated that. She felt authentic and straightforward, not rehearsed or overly salesy, and she worked hard to make every single request we had happen. She was also wonderful with our daughter, taking time to play with her and making the entire experience much easier for us as parents. Most importantly, Giselle and Royal Moore beat every other price we received on the exact Outback we wanted. After the purchase, we even got to play xxxxxxxx to win Royal Moore swag, which was a fun and memorable way to finish the day. Jim, the features expert, was also kind, patient, knowledgable, approachable, and friendly. He ensures you feel absolutely comfortable with your new vehicle and makes himself available with an open communication line for any questions you may have.
