Giselle Avilla truly goes above and beyond. I called her at the store when my friend got a flat tire on our way back to the dealership to drop off the check for my car Giselle helped me find th I called her at the store when my friend got a flat tire on our way back to the dealership to drop off the check for my car Giselle helped me find the day before. She told us not to worry that she'd take care of us, just to pull up into the service department and she'd meet us there. When we got there they took care of us right away. She could've left since she was done for the day but instead she reached out to my mom to let her know that we were safe & waited with us outside until the flat tire was fixed and my car was ready to go as well..
