I was a somewhat demanding customer, and a first-time car buyer, and they were incredibly patient, honest, and gracious with me. Anthony was completely attentive, always responded to me within minutes, and there was absolutely no mystery to the process. He's the man. They are nice, honest, and cool over at Royal Moore Subaru. I don't know if it's an Oregon thing, that they're just nicer over there, or have better consumer protection laws than on the East Coast, or if it's Royal Moore Subaru! They arranged all the out-of-state DMV documentation, the transport, everything, and were completely transparent about the condition of the car, which was perfect, and which I bought sight-unseen. I could not recommend these guys "Moore." More

I do appreciate they did not do "the turn" and all those offensive silly questions. I had reservations about Royal Moore because of 2 previous horrible incidents years ago but it seems the dealership has changed it's way. While Tanner was very nice the add on sales pitch for warranties was overwhelming. I just purchased a car that cost twice what my first house cost and Tanner wanted to sell warranties that cost more than my first home unless I misunderstood. More
