My interaction was very limited at Royal Moore. I came in asking for info on the 40th anniversary 4runner. The sales person could not tell me much, but he did take down my name and what vehicle I w I came in asking for info on the 40th anniversary 4runner. The sales person could not tell me much, but he did take down my name and what vehicle I was interested in, to try to get me one if there was an allocation. About a week later I sent an email to follow up and he didn't seem to remember me. That was disappointing because if he didn't remember me then he wasn't going to remember to try to reserve a vehicle for me. At the time of his email reply he did say I was added to a list, hard to have confidence in that though. More
