Spent $500 to arrive from out of state to buy a car I pre-arranged to buy from Royal Moore but when I had arrived they had already sold the car. Was told no that is not their policy but I would receive a call if someone else was interested. Next day I called again and said positively I am sending an car inspector and will arrive two days later to to pay for the car. Living far away and out of state I rented a car, paid for a hotel and drove a long day. Altogether this cost over $500. When I arrived the car had been sold. I had received no call to inform or for me to make my case. When I could talk to a manager I was told that was my risk. That’s it, that’s how Royal Moore does business More
