Blown away! I had recently been through a divorce which left me with a 2013 Prius. However, I also have 4 children and 2 of which are teenage boys. We no longer fit in the prius,and going anywhere all together caused nothing but fights and yelling with the kids. I was upside down on my car and needed a larger vehicle. I came to Royal Moore just to see if it was possible to get what I needed. I was introduced to Vaneza, and I told her I wanted to look at a Sienna. She took me out in a brand new Sienna, and wow! If you cross a line there is a warning that beeps, it can control the wheel, all sorts of neat gadgets. However, I came with a strict budget as a single mom. But instead of making me feel bad for trying or dreaming of a better life, her manager and her said we have options for you. What are you looking for and let us help you get what you need and want! I was so relieved! I got a call that I needed to go pick up my youngest from school, so while I left to get her they went to work! We came back and Vaneza went over my options, basically it came down to which color do I want! We went to take a look right away. I decided on the one I wanted and we headed back for the finances. They had a play room that they let my little one play in, and cookies for a snack! Then they came out with an offer of exactly what I was able to do. They started sending that out to the banks. We heard back, and it was slightly different. So instead of me not being able to get the van they adjusted numbers (their magic) and made it work. Then after the handshake into Everett's office I went. It is a lot of signing, but he is very personable and witty so it makes it pass quickly. While chatting I happened to mention Gap coverage and warranty I had on the Prius. He looks up and goes, "were did you but it at?" I told him and he said let's see if you can get some money. I was thinking maybe a hundred? Nope! A little over $700 is headed back to me! Who gets a new vehicle with cash back!? He didn't have to do anything, but he did and it made a world of difference for me! I can't thank the team enough! I wish I had gotten the managers name, but I didn't remember. We did all of our information exchange through text instead of phone call, which was perfect, as I didn't feel rushed or pressured. I was told to ask for Howard Rice when I arrived and he was wonderful. He listened carefully and helped me to find my perfect fit within an hour. The financing dept was great too. Within a couple hours I was driving my new vehicle home. I returned to RMT because 3 years ago I bought another car and liked the experience. I will always return to them because their prices are good but their service is exceptional. More

CostCo Purchase Program--Tacoma Truck I went through the Costco Car Program which was suppose to make it simple and fast. I would say there were some hold ups and a bit of a wait. But ove I went through the Costco Car Program which was suppose to make it simple and fast. I would say there were some hold ups and a bit of a wait. But overall, I got the truck I wanted and a good interest rate. My credit is stellar but either you take the 1.9 interest rate or the 750 discount. On my Costco program my 750 discount was discounted from my overall price. When they did my interest quote I got a 4.9 interest rate. I was a bit shock that my stellar credit landed me a 4.9. What I didn't know was to get the 1.9 which I qualify for I would lose the 750 discount. I find it odd that I qualify for 1.9 interest but yet, without giving up on the 750 my interest was 4.9. I find that a bit deceptive on Toyota's part esp going through the Costco Program. And my MSRP on Costco Program was not the same on the car dealership sticker. The car sticker MSRP was 31965 but on the Costco Program was 33538. I didn't catch it until towards the end when I was there almost 3 hours. In the Costco Program they add the SR Convenience Package , All Weather fir/door sill protector, and delivery /dearship fee to the MSRP price which made it 33538 vs the 31965 MRSP sticker price. By the end I was too tire and wanted to go home to argue about it. In the end despite being exhausted from the wait and credit issue, I was able to get the Tacoma truck through my business with me being the co signer. This was what made the whole long experience and even the deceptive pricing/interest an overall good experience. Bob my sales person was a great guy. Very nice and approachable. I didn't have a ride to the dealership and he personally came to pick me up. Now that is EXCELLENT service. Nick the finance guy was nice and approved the truck to be bought under my business name with me being the cosigner. Thank you Nick. I really appreciate it. Everyone was very nice and polite. But I realize you cant get away from the things that I hope Costco Program would prevent. In the end everyone needs to make money so I get it. But overall, I love my truck and happy with the interest rate plus I'm totally grateful they were able to put it under my business with me being the co signer. If they didn't I would have walked away. So GOOD SAVE TOYOTA. I am a long Nissan buyer loyalist since my medical school days. This is my FIRST Toyota purchase.
