I was initially going to go to Beaverton Toyota because they had the truck I wanted on their lot, but I wanted to speak with these guys to see what price I can get and if they could bring one over for me. They did just that and gave me a great price, I walked away feeling great about the deal and I was not pressured to buy except by another salesperson that I will not name, tried emailing me and calling me on the side. Aws-Jordan and Norgen took care of me through out the entire process and I'm glad I got to deal with them. Aws-Jordan was the main guy I dealt with and as a person, he's so great and just down to earth and makes a few jokes. He seems like a family man and it shows and he cares what about what you want and not what he thinks you should buy and must buy. As a dealer, he did not pressure me into anything. All he did was asked if I liked that, if I liked this and so on. He just asked me questions and told me more about the vehicle and I came to the conclusion of purchasing all on my own. No doubt, these guys are awesome and Royal Moore is hiring the best over there. I also appreciated Nick, I did not catch his last name, but he helped with all the paperwork and to understand everything I was signing and what I was getting myself into. Rather than feeling abused and ripped off we felt happy and content driving away in our new (used) car. Let's just say the last time we bought a car we couldn't wait to get home and rip off all indications of where we made our purchase because it was the polar opposite experience. We will go back to Royal Moore for future vehicle needs! More
