Then Everett took us through the closing professionally and efficiently in a friendly and relaxed manner. After our purchase Aaron made follow up contacts to see if we had any questions/ issues. Great service I went to Royal Moore to look at used cars. Bob Porter was my salesman. He was a great salesman, listened to what I wanted, and showed me the cars I was interested in without trying to upsell me to more expensive cars. The prices on their cars were very reasonable and they gave me more than KBB value for my trade in. They very cooperative with using financing I got before coming to the dealer. They asked if they could try and get me a better rate. I said they could. Instead of just letting a bunch of banks run my credit, they told each bank the terms of the loan I had and only let the ones who thought they could get me a better deal run my credit. Overall, I was very pleased. More
