The test drive route was fun and perfect to really get a feel for the car, which made me more confident when making my final purchase. Later, Art made the entire finance and paperwork process straight forward and simple, really explaining the options I had available. I haven't bought a new car in almost 10 years, but this was fun and easy! More

Great Purchase Experience I don't buy a new vehicle very often, but one of the things I hate is high pressured sales. I did not experience that at all with Norgen or the other I don't buy a new vehicle very often, but one of the things I hate is high pressured sales. I did not experience that at all with Norgen or the other Sales team members. They were very friendly and supportive, willing to answer any and all questions. They stayed 2 hours late to wrap things up and still never got inpatient or pushy. They provided outstanding support during the sale and are continuing to after the sale as well. I will definitely be recommending them! More
