Royal Moore came in at a reasonable price right from the get-go instead of one that would require significant negotiating down. The salesman who contacted me (Howard) did not act like a stereotypical salesman at all. He was soft spoken and a pleasure to spend time with - and of course knowledgeable. This was the most pleasant car purchasing experience I've ever had. I brought my Mom along, who has purchased more vehicles than me in her lifetime and she also thought it was one of the best car buying experiences. My husband, who couldn't join me for this purchase was pleased as well (which says a lot because he is pretty skeptical and critical when it comes to car buying). More
