Horrible USAA True Car Dealer I called in today to get an idea of what my USAA discount would be on a particular vehicle so as to not place myself in a position to waste valuable t I called in today to get an idea of what my USAA discount would be on a particular vehicle so as to not place myself in a position to waste valuable time by showing up to the dealership and be disappointed. The purpose of True Car is to have a particular vehicle built out so that exact pricing can be determined. I called the dealership and kindly asked for help only to have my request abruptly declined. I was told that pricing will not be provided unless I showed up in person. I recently suffered an injury which limits by ability to move around. This is the closest recommended dealer to my home and its sad to learn about this absurd policy. So much for customer service. Makes me think twice about using True Car in the future. More
