Excellent after getting the price I wanted I went in to Royal Moore Toyota for a RAV4 XLE, and right when I got there the one I wanted was being delivered off the truck. Aws, Ron, and Nate wor I went in to Royal Moore Toyota for a RAV4 XLE, and right when I got there the one I wanted was being delivered off the truck. Aws, Ron, and Nate worked hard to make sure I got the best possible price, even pushing their own negotiators to drop their price. The first day I went in there I had presented my price, and whoever the person was that put their offer on paper wasn't very easy to work with. They tried to explain the rebate differently than what it was claiming it was a total loss the dealer was taking with no reimbursement from the manufacturer, lied about the invoice price, and ultimately wouldn't budge on their price. I went home, and came back the next day to work with a different person, but still made sure to work closely with Aws and Ron because they were excellent and really represented what the Royal Moore experience should be. The second negotiator who was giving me offers again was excellent at listening to my rationale for my offer, and after a couple times shooting offers back and forth I got the price I wanted, with a great warranty included, all at a thousand dollars less than the first negotiator. Nate Taylor worked to get me the best financing plan possible, getting offers from multiple banks and Toyota themselves to give me a minimal interest rate. More

I would recommend Royal Moore and particularly Shellean to my friends. Once I purchased the car, she spend as much time as I needed to explain the various functions of the car. She sat with me and answered any question I could come up with. I never once felt rushed or as though my questions were a nuisance. This is the second car we've purchased from Royal Moore and always have our car serviced there, even though we live in Lake Oswego. This is a dependable, professional dealership.
