I was not quite ready to buy a car but I promised that I'd be back when I was ready. Michael called me a few weeks later to check in and I let him know that I don't do high pressure sales - if he called again I would go to another dealer. He thanked me for my time, offered any assistance he could and then left me alone! That was the best thing he could have done because I had lots of opportunities to buy a car from someone else. It took me almost a year to come back but I did and Michael showed me nothing but respect. Because of that (and the awesome deal I got) I bought a car from him. When it comes time to buy a car again I really hope that Michael will still be selling them because he will be my first (and probably last) call. Thanks for being an awesome human being, Michael! So when it was time to get a truck, we called him around 6pm one evening and he checked his inventory. He didn't have anything with our specifications but he said he would continue to check. By 2pm the next day, he had something in mind for us. He said it was everything we wanted but it wasn't a truck. He felt in would work since we wanted a truck with a canopy since we have 2 large dogs. He said that it also had a 4x4, extended cab, V8, diesel, etc. all of which we also wanted. He nailed it!! I came to look at it was my 13 year old son and we fell in love. Best of all, it was in our price range. My husband, son and I came back today and my husband drove it and said it would work perfectly for us. We just drove it off the lot and are heading to the beach for our Maiden Voyage! The Sales Manager and Finance Manager worked with us to find the best financing, too. I can not be happier to say not once, but twice we've had success and are so very pleased. Thank you, Michael! We will be back!!!! More

Great experience getting my first car here. I bought a Toyota Corolla iM. I got a great quote and everyone at the dealership was friendly and easy to work with. Initially, there was some confusion regarding the quote I received, but they honored their offer and were very helpful throughout the process. Aws is funny and personable, and working with him definitely made the process more enjoyable. Nate helped with the paperwork and was very nice and quick with everything. Overall, I had great experience here and thought the whole process was pretty smooth and hassle-free. More

Leased a vehicle from them and purchased at lease end I leased a vehicle in 2012 from this dealership and then purchased the vehicle at the end of the 3 year lease. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and I enjoy working with them - which is good, because they managed to make a mistake on the title application for my leased car. When I tried to buy it I could not finance through my bank because of this title mistake. I had to deal with basically every person at the dealership to try to get them to understand the problem (I guess it has never happened before, they didn't really understand it) and correct it. In the end my car buying process was long and annoying but overall positive. Tylene is a wonderful person to interact with, she is very helpful, and managed to make me feel comfortable through the stress of the process. Nate is also very nice and easy to work with. My only negative is, they do seem a bit disorganized. Three years ago it was the title mistake, this year they failed to take my down payment when I purchased the car so I had to drive back to the dealership after leaving. More

I highly recommend working with her if you are looking for a car. My only problem was that apparently all the cars at this dealership are engraved with an identification number that as far as I know is everywhere else an option, one that we would have eschewed. It added close to $400 to the price of the car, and after the nice experience we had with Tylene, it was a letdown when the manager sprung that on us. More

Luis gave great instructions on safety/technical features that how to use all the latest car features. The tour of the dealership, service area and introduction to service staff will make any visits there simpler. Thanks, yes we have already shared with many friends the good experience.
