He explained all the features and benefits and made sure I knew that he was available in the event that i had any questions in the upcoming days and weeks. However, he was not robotic in any sense. He had a personality and was very genuine. I purchased a Corolla from Jessie in September 2016 and it was totaled in November 2016. When I mentioned that my car was totaled, Jessie immediately asked about my wife and son. I was amazed that he remembered them and was thoughtful enough to ask about them. Jessie is more than a good salesman, he is a great person. Jessie and Nick worked with me on the price and financing of my new car.
