He was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the new Prius, and made numerous suggestions to help me decide which car to buy. We'd already discussed price and I was pleasantly surprised when the final monthly cost was lower than expected. We then went through all the paperwork with their financial team. They walked me through the typical options without pressure, and we finalized everything in a few minutes. When we were done, Jessie showed me all of the manuals, introduced me to the service staff, and then helped me navigate all of the high tech features, including pairing my iPhone to my new car.
