Amazing Service from Jessie and Nick!! Jessie was great! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process of purchasing. The car I wanted was not available but Jessie quickly fou Jessie was great! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the process of purchasing. The car I wanted was not available but Jessie quickly found one nearby and had it delivered to us. Once I purchased my new Corolla. He explained all the features and benefits and made sure I knew that he was available in the event that i had any questions in the upcoming days and weeks. However, he was not robotic in any sense. He had a personality and was very genuine. I purchased a Corolla from Jessie in September 2016 and it was totaled in November 2016. When I mentioned that my car was totaled, Jessie immediately asked about my wife and son. I was amazed that he remembered them and was thoughtful enough to ask about them. Jessie is more than a good salesman, he is a great person. Jessie and Nick worked with me on the price and financing of my new car. They understood what I was going through and made the experience quick and easy. Thank you Jessie and Nick. The entire staff was very kind and even made my 8 month old son smile and laugh a few times. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. I will definitely be purchasing from Jessie, Nick and Royal Moore again! More
