Patrick was knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, and very laid back about the process. I knew what I wanted walking in the door, and he never once tried to upsell or pressure me into added features I didn't need. Brent in the financing department was great as well. He took the time to explain all of our options, and again, didn't try to upsell any extra packages I didn't want. I had a cash offer for my old car before going to Royal Moore. I asked them to prepare two sets of numbers, one with a trade in offer, and one without. Their trade-in offer was 50% higher than the cash offer I had already. I never told them what the cash price I already had was, so they beat it with a blind, good-faith offer. Patrick took the time to show me around the service department and schedule my first service.
