He was extremely knowledgeable about the features of the new Prius, and made numerous suggestions to help me decide which car to buy. We'd already discussed price and I was pleasantly surprised when the final monthly cost was lower than expected. We then went through all the paperwork with their financial team. They walked me through the typical options without pressure, and we finalized everything in a few minutes. When we were done, Jessie showed me all of the manuals, introduced me to the service staff, and then helped me navigate all of the high tech features, including pairing my iPhone to my new car. I had purchased a 2013 Rav4 from a different dealer but had never really fallen in love with, always wishing it was orange. It was a two hour drive to the dealership, but I decided to give it a try. Aws met me at the door and had the orange one ready for me to test drive. Aws made the experience pleasurable with his smile and attention to making me feel comfortable. I got a fair trade-in value and Royal Moore dropped the price too. The paperwork sailed through and Aws made sure that I wasn't leaving anything in my old car and even connected my phone for me so that I could use the navigation feature.
