There was a small glitch as the salesman I initially worked with to order the truck left the dealership before the truck showed up, but Michael and Pam stepped in to make things go smoothly. Also went with their financing options as they were able to beat what I had pre-arranged with my bank. The only thing that keeps me from rating them 5 stars is the dealership facility is definitely in need of the remodel that is currently in process. Can't wait to see the new facility... More

He was helpful, friendly, not too pushy, professional, and most importantly could answer all of my questions about the brand and car model. It would have been nice to have a little more background on the car's former owner but that can be difficult in buying a used car.
