Terrible Customer Service I had the worst experience with purchasing a car at Royal Moore and will tell anyone to go anywhere besides here. We were promised 'Fun to be put back I had the worst experience with purchasing a car at Royal Moore and will tell anyone to go anywhere besides here. We were promised 'Fun to be put back into buying a car' and this was absolutely not the case. What should have been an pain free experience, turned to very stressful and belittling. When arriving, we were greeted very poorly and with attitude of where to park the car in their lot- as if we were not there to purchase a new car? The Finance Manager was very aggressive in pushing extended warranties and when it was declined, he proceeded to get angry and push the warranty even more. When signing to not accept the warranty he became arrogant and would spit off situations in which we would be reminded of not having the warranty in the future. When we called to ask of a situation with our new car. The salesman, Austin was less than none helpful, only telling me the person who sold me the car could help and he was out of the office the next two days. He also told me I need to look at the price sticker to know if a feature came with the car- as if he had no other cars to reference?! I'm absolutely appalled at the service here and feel like they only care about making money off you and don't treat you with respect. I suggest they look at their establishment and start focusing on the customer because I forever will remember this experience as horrible and degrading. More

After viewing what they had to offer at the budget I had set, I found a car that interested me. Since I was still shopping around I decided to check out a few other dealerships in the area to see what other options I had. After spending two days shopping around I decided to go back to Royal Moore Auto Center as they made me feel the most comfortable and had a vehicle I knew I could be happy with. Unfortunately during that two day grace period the car I was looking at had been sold. The loss of my original choice didn't hinder my salesperson Micheal Heusler from finding something that I like. Although the vehicle was a little over my budget Micheal and Nate Taylor were able to bring the price down to something I was more comfortable with. The entire experience was great. I've never purchased a car before and did a lot of research and read a lot of horror stories about bad service, sales people, and prices. At Royal Moore Auto Center I didn't have any negative experience. Brent from financing was also able to find me additional discounts after I agreed to purchase the vehicle and was able to bring down my interest rates substantially. All the paperwork went smoothly without a hitch and I am happy with my decision. I would recommend anyone to go and check out Royal Moore Auto Center and get that great experience for themselves of buying a new or used car. There was quite a long wait for us to sign papers, but Austin made sure we comfortable and he was very nice to talk to during the wait. We are a pretty laid back couple and thought that the overall experience was great. We left the dealership with a "new to us" car. More

Had a great experience purchasing my 2016 Tacoma. My wife and I have purchased two other Toyotas, one from Broadway and one from Beaverton Toyota in the past and had bad experiences at those dealershi My wife and I have purchased two other Toyotas, one from Broadway and one from Beaverton Toyota in the past and had bad experiences at those dealerships. Royal Moore Toyota by far met my expectations. I met with Jessie and Nate and they helped me find the right truck with all the extras. They ordered my Truck 2016 Tacoma and it arrived early before my birthday! They were both easy to talk to and no negotiation hassle. After the truck arrived and I took it home we had a couple miscommunication issues that I brought to their attention and Jessie forwarded it to his boss and the issues were resolved immediately! I have much respect for him for seeing us through and not just wanting the sale. He continued his customer service all the way through to ensure our satisfaction! We are impressed with their professionalism and ensuring we were taken care of! Thank You! We will be returning and we highly recommend them and this dealership!
