There was a small glitch as the salesman I initially worked with to order the truck left the dealership before the truck showed up, but Michael and Pam stepped in to make things go smoothly. Also went with their financing options as they were able to beat what I had pre-arranged with my bank. The only thing that keeps me from rating them 5 stars is the dealership facility is definitely in need of the remodel that is currently in process. Can't wait to see the new facility... More

He was helpful, friendly, not too pushy, professional, and most importantly could answer all of my questions about the brand and car model. It would have been nice to have a little more background on the car's former owner but that can be difficult in buying a used car. Even with that limitation, he did a great job getting me the CARFAX and other information that I needed. Overall - a wonderful experience! More

Thorough, friendly, and supportive staff I went to Royal Moore Toyota to test drive a few vehicles that I had seen highly rated online. Because I was interested in a hybrid model, I was intro I went to Royal Moore Toyota to test drive a few vehicles that I had seen highly rated online. Because I was interested in a hybrid model, I was introduced to a salesman with a good deal of experience in hybrids. He asked questions and listened to my answers as he allowed me to drive the cars I wanted to see. One of them was from the Mazda line across the street. How handy and useful it is to be able to drive and compare cars from different brands! After my test drives I decided on a car to suit my needs, but there wasn't one available with all the features I wanted. Lucky for me, there was a model just a step up with everything I wanted... and more! I was given a two-hour education on all of the buttons and gadgets. We explored all of the electronics and found some exciting new features. The guys helped me so much and let me ask questions without feeling silly. They even worked quickly through part of the process so I wouldn't be late for a concert. Thanks, Royal Moore! I love my new car!!! More
