Internet sales experience. Internet sales experience was very easy. Jason inform me of the price for the vehicle but he was not going to be at the dealership on the day that w Internet sales experience was very easy. Jason inform me of the price for the vehicle but he was not going to be at the dealership on the day that we came in to pick up the car. He advised me that I would be talking to Nathan. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by Nathan who handed us off to Luis. Later Nathan presented us with the price that was different than what Jason had told us. Apparently the car had a few added items that wasn't disclosed to me. Nathan was very accommodating and was able to still sell me the car for the price that Jason head what quoted. Luis was very helpful and went out of his way to explain how each of the accessories in the car worked. We rate Luis very high in his courteousness politeness and helpfulness. More

Also I started taking my 4-runner to Royal Moore's service department a few years ago, Lisa Smith has helped us in the past and this time was a great help getting some after purchase items put on the new Tundra. Again low key family dealership. Pam Nowling, finance, again easy to deal with, needed them to hold my check a few days while I obtained the cash from my brokage account. I would recommend. More

Austin was good to work with, but the sales guy running to the manager for negotiations was irritating and an archaic system, a waste of time. My desires for financing were not communicated to the finance manager, which resulted in wasted time and incorrect paperwork. Car was not ready to go at time of delivery with 3 plus hours of lead time. More
