Great Experience! I was looking to replace my 2002 Honda, and Toyota has much better deals on new cars this year. I exchanged quite a few emails with Jason, and he was very patient and very helpful. I was going back and forth between a Corolla and a Camry, and he helped me without pushing me in either direction. When I decided I would purchase a Camry, I came in to meet Jason but he was busy so he introduced me to Michael. He really made the sale process go smoothly, and I had a great experience with him. We took the car on a test drive, and Michael spent a great deal of time making sure I understand how the car works and all the different features. Nate helped me get the car at the price I wanted. Michael was very accommodating and never pushed me throughout the process, and I would definitely recommend him. More

Horrible Customer Service-Sold behind our backs Mark Smith, the Manager of Royal Moore Certified Pre-Own or this establishment, had the worst customer service I have ever experienced! He made an appointment with us and guaranteed to have a car ready and waiting for us the next morning. He said he would text us when he had the car and never did. I had to contact him again. He didn't answer the phone professionally either. He went to get the car at the last minute just to find out that another salesman had taken someone else out for a test drive with it...during the time we were supposed to have had it for us to test drive. That person ended up buying it as we sat there. Mark made excuses and said there was nothing he could do and did not respect us or our time. I am thankful we did not buy from them. Dick MacKenzie Ford had much better business practices, sales practices and all around great customer service! I would NEVER do business with this dealership, especially if their management is as bad as this individual was. More

Great Experience!! I have purchased three truck from Royal Moore and the experience keeps getting better. This was the first time I worked with Jason he worked extremel I have purchased three truck from Royal Moore and the experience keeps getting better. This was the first time I worked with Jason he worked extremely hard to get me the deal I wanted. We spent a lot of time e-mailing back and forth since my time was limited and it was hard for me to come in. When he got the SUV in I went to the dealership and everything he told me he had done he did it was a quick and easy transaction. Jason went over all the options and how everything worked, he was extremely knowledgeable on everything on the SUV. I also worked with Pam in the finance she was very quick and accurate. She gave me all the choices I had for extra package. I have also used the services department for almost 20 year and would not trust anyone else with my truck.
