Service staff is always supportive, courteous and professional. I just came in from a 2 week camping trip. Needed service and decided to stop by and try. I was accommodated even with a shortage of technicians that day. This has been a heartbreaking experience for me. The worst part of the experience is that when I purchased a brand new Toyota Rav-4 Linited, I was told that I was buying from the “best dealership” becau worst part of the experience is that when I purchased a brand new Toyota Rav-4 Linited, I was told that I was buying from the “best dealership” because “we are a family dealership. You’re part of our family.” I guess I didn’t think my new “family” would rip me off. The Odometer just hit 3000 miles two days ago. The vehicle is, literally, falling apart. I have had it to service a few times and I don’t know if they hire people who don’t know what they’re doing? This is not letting me post a picture. At any rate, we are in a pandemic and I have been totally scammed. I would absolutely recommend NOT joining this “family.” They’re liars and they are incompetent. Shame on you, Royal Moore Toyota. I spent my hard earned money to buy my FIRST EVER brand new car and have been told to make multiple appointments with service (which I have) while working in Mental Health at a very difficult time in this world- I say this only because it is not easy to find time to keep going to service with zero care or result. Gross. Why can’t I leave pictures to show this vehicle is falling apart??? I can’t give more than one star for anything- it’s all related. My salesman and service agents know who they are. Yuk. More
I made an appointment for a 40,000 mile check up and new tires. Both departments coordinated well so that I could have everything done in one visit and Ray was especially courteous and helpful.
