Royal Moore Toyota - Service Center

I was pretty disappointed in the dealership’s approach to dealing with my issue. I was told that cords in my car had been installed incorrectly. When I pointed out that must be a manufacturer defect, they to dealing with my issue. I was told that cords in my car had been installed incorrectly. When I pointed out that must be a manufacturer defect, they told me that was probably true but since they couldn’t verify that (despite us always taking the car to Toyota for service) that they wouldn’t cover the cost of repair. They discounted me a little bit, but based on the cost of repair I had to leave without getting some things fixed. More

Dropped car off at prescheduled appointment for an oil change, it was nearly 20 minutes before any took the car. It then took an hour to finish the service. Overall 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change change, it was nearly 20 minutes before any took the car. It then took an hour to finish the service. Seems a bit to long for a simple service. More
