I loved my dealer Millie, the process went great. But when I went for my first car service appointment, no one said anything to the first 10 minutes but they said hello to the next person who came in. I when I went for my first car service appointment, no one said anything to the first 10 minutes but they said hello to the next person who came in. I just thought they were busy. Finally a guy said they will be with me as soon as they can. I waited. Then a caucasian man came in and the girl asked him to come up and immediately helped him. She went outside and i let her know I was way before him, she did not seem to care. I do not know if it was the color of my skin, or why really just didn’t pay attention to me but this started my day off not great. I was helped eventually but by someone else. More
